Adjust Column Width:

Simply hover your mouse over the right boundary of the column header, and when the cursor turns into a double-headed arrow, drag it to the desired width. Enable Word Wrap:

Excel provides a built-in feature called "Word Wrap" that automatically adjusts the text within a cell to fit its width. To activate this feature, right-click on the cell and select "Format Cells."
