CORRECTIONS

If something is wrong, tell us directly

Software changes quickly, and public sources can lag or conflict. If a ByteZoneX project profile contains an error, outdated information, or an ownership issue, we want correction evidence that can be independently checked.

What to report

Incorrect factual information

For example: platform, deployment, license, feature description, official website, or another verifiable field is wrong.

Outdated information

The project released a new version, changed positioning, stopped maintenance, or materially changed its public documentation.

Ownership or maintainer information

If a maintainer, official URL, or ownership relationship needs correction, provide an official repository or other public proof.

Other issues affecting judgment

If an editorial statement was based on an incorrect fact, identify the specific problem and the evidence that changes it.

A useful correction email should include

  1. 01

    Page URL

Include the ByteZoneX page where the issue appears so we can locate it quickly.

  2. 02

    Exact field or passage

Point to the field, paragraph, or judgment that is wrong. A long explanation is not required.

  3. 03

    Proposed correct information

Explain what you believe the correct information is and what is inaccurate on the current page.

  4. 04

A public source we can verify

Official sites, repositories, releases, documentation, and public maintainer statements are preferred.

How we handle corrections

We recheck public sources. Facts supported by evidence are updated; when sources conflict, we preserve uncertainty rather than guessing simply to make a profile look complete.

Corrections and commercial partnerships are separate processes. Buying advertising, sponsorship, or another service does not affect whether a correction is accepted or receive a different factual standard.
